Office Accommodation

The Clare Foundation owns the freehold of the Saunderton building and runs this as a charitable 'hub' for local charities based in Thames Valley and Chilterns area. It provides flexible, serviced office accommodation at significantly reduced rates utilising the outstanding facilities offered by the 50,000 ft² building and the 12 acre site. The principle is to operate the building on a 'not for profit' basis with the 'hub' tenants and licensees covering the collective running costs.

The Options

The Foundation Zone

The Foundation ZoneFor young or small charities that don’t need a full private office, space in our Foundation Zone may be the ideal solution. Here you have a dedicated desk suite in combination with our phone and mail services as well as broadband access and use of reprographics facilities. An optional Hosted IT Desktop service is also provided. All the onsite Meeting and Function facilities are available for use at highly preferential Tenant/Licensee rates.

Charges:
A simple monthly charge of £170+VAT is secured through a 6 month licence.
A one-off set-up fee of £125+VAT applies and the optional hosted IT service is charged monthly at £49+VAT.

Main Building Accommodation

Office AccommodationFor charities requiring accommodation from a single office to areas of 3000 ft² and over, we can provide flexible tailored solutions to meet your needs. In addition, all the onsite Meeting and Function facilities are available for use at highly preferential Tenant rates.

For example the cost of a standard 2 person office is just £250 + VAT per month with a 6 person open plan office costing only £690 + VAT per month.

Annex Accommodation

White CottageWe also have two separate buildings on the Estate that are part of the 'Hub' - the White Cottage and the Brown House - both laid out and equipped for office use and available to rent - so you get all the benefits of being part of the 'collaborative Tenant community' but you can operate separately.

The White Cottage is 736 ft² has one main open plan office area, a toilet and a small separate office / kitchenette. It has its own security and card access system. Download a full layout plan.

Brown HouseThe Brown House is 2634 ft² with 11 offices, 3 toilets (inc one disabled), a shower and a kitchen. The offices range in size from 104 ft² to 311 ft². Download a full layout plan.
