Mini Conference on Risk Management for Charities with Cardinus Risk Management and The Clare Foundation

Mini Conference on Risk Management for Charities with Cardinus Risk Management and The Clare Foundation

The Clare Foundation continues to work with Cardinus Risk Management and will be delivering a specialist mini conference for CEOs, Trustees, Chairs & Charity Leaders.

The value/cost of this conference would be in the region of £400+ but due to the kind sponsorship of Cardinus Risk Management this has been greatly discounted and there is only a small charge for refreshments & lunch. Please note that this is limited to a maximum of 30 attendees and we won’t be able to accommodate more people – so it is on a first come, first served basis. Please book early to avoid any disappointment.

Talk overviews:

  • Andy Hawkes (CEO): Risk management principles and practice, charity commission governance principles, and an overview of why management of risk is important to an organisation
  • Peter Kinselley: Safety management systems and key issues for charities around health, safety, environment, wellbeing and the relevant laws and regulations that govern these
  • Andy Neal: Personal safety, lone working and travel safety risks for charity workers, with guidance and advice on how to better protect your staff
