Wycombe Court Artists Exhibit at The Clare Foundation in aid of South Bucks Hospice

8-10th December between 11am and 5pm each day

Saunderton, Buckinghamshire, Tuesday 22nd November 2011

This year’s Wycombe Court Artists Winter Exhibition, will be held at The Clare Foundation charity hub in Saunderton.

Wycombe Court Artists formed after Julie Wetenhall, began to open her house and garden to the public as part of Bucks Open Studio in 2004. A core group of 4 has developed and often work together in the Studio, they also invite guests to exhibit with them.

Ten artists including Julie Wetenhall (ceramics, glass and paintings), Caroline Selvey (sculpture and glass), and painters John Ashton and Sue Fawthrop will be exhibiting for the public at The Clare Foundation from 8th - 10th December, between 11am and 5pm each day.

Wycombe Court Artists currently hold two exhibitions a year; Bucks Open Studios, during the last two weeks of June and a Winter Show, in aid of a local charity, this year the charity is South Bucks Hospice. Entry to the exhibition is free, and artists will donate a percentage of all of their sales to the fund for a brand new hospice, which will provide support for cancer patients and patients with non-curative illnesses, as well as patients with lymphoedema and other chronic oedemas, all under one roof.

As a charity which exists to help other charities The Clare Foundation has kindly offered its premises to ensure that as much funding as possible will go to South Bucks Hospice.

Members of the team from the Hospice will also be in attendance at The Clare Foundation selling Christmas cards and novelties as well as displaying information regarding the new Hospice build.

There will be a wonderful selection of paintings, sculptures and crafts available and lots of inspiration for Christmas gifts.
