Charity Conferences & Meetings - Room Hire
The Clare Charity Centre offers excellent professional Conference and Meeting facilities for use by Tenants and external charities at highly preferential rates.
There are twelve rooms of various proportions available for hire, all with guest Wi-Fi access. We have recently upgraded the AV facilities so now six rooms – Full Conference, Conference A & B, the Boardroom, the Saunderton Suite and Meeting Room 5 – have mounted projectors, sound, PCs and hard-wired internet access at no additional charge.

Cancellation Charges:

Within 20 working days: 50% of room charge.
Within 5 working days: 100% of room charge.
